For our Education 101 class we were proposed a question of “What’s one social problem you would solve if you could and What’s a career position you could pursue to accomplish this if not for teaching?” My response was as follows:
If I could solve one social problem, it would be the mental health crisis that is currently going on. To help this issue I would pursue a career in Psychology. So I would most likely be a therapist. Solving this problem would have a positive impact on the field of Education because a lot of students and teachers go through mental health issues and not a lot of people know how to handle it.
